Cindy Kelley, Insurance Specialist
Cindy was born in Huntsville and lived in Germany and Georgia returning for the beautiful hills, the nearness of the beach, and the good schools. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama and her master’s at the University Denver. She and her husband have two children and a dog, and they enjoy cooking, gardening, and movie nights together. She’s been with Dr. Murphree and his team for five years, and she loves seeing the increased confidence patients experience when their smiles are improved.
Chris Wrenn, RDH
Chris was born on Long Island, New York, the youngest of nine children. She began her dental career in 1988 through the Red Cross Dental Assistant Program in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. She later moved on to the University of Alabama at Birmingham and graduated from the Alabama Dental Hygiene program in 1997. Her favorite part of dentistry is assisting Dr. Murphree in transforming patient smiles. She has lived in Huntsville for more than twenty years and has two daughters and a granddaughter. Chris enjoys spending time with her children, biking, and sewing.
Rachel Sandmeier, Certified Dental Assistant
Originally from Gurley, Alabama, Rachel graduated from Madison County High School and received her associate’s degree in applied science in dental assisting from Calhoun Community College. She is recognized as a Certified Dental Assistant by the Dental Assisting National Board, and she is also a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Rachel and her husband TJ have two dogs—a chocolate lab named Jaeger and a lab/great dane mix called Monkey. They enjoy CrossFit, hiking, Jeep trail riding, and time at the beach. Rachel joined Dr. Murphree and his team in the summer of 2014 because she loves the health care field and enjoys helping her patients enjoy the health and confidence of a great smile.
Jessica Lanford, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jessica earned her associate’s degree in applied science in dental assisting from Calhoun Community College and went on to complete the Alabama Dental Hygiene program in 2013. She and her husband enjoy attending church and being with friends, and they take to the outdoors whenever they can to hunt, fish, and ride ATVs. She was drawn to the dental field because she wanted to help people, and she loves knowing that she’s making a difference in her patients’ lives even if it just means making them smile.
